Polymer Karan Company is prepared to accept any order for the production of rubber parts with various available elastomers such as NR, SBR, NBR, HNBR, CR, EPDM, Silicone Rubber, ACM, Eco, Viton (Fluoroelastomer), and to design and produce suitable rubber compounds with physical and mechanical specifications according to the drawings and technical information provided by the customer. In this regard, the company also offers consulting services in the design and performance improvement of parts. The produced products can be single-component (rubber) or composite rubber/metal or rubber/fiber. The company’s products are categorized into several groups as follows:
Automotive Industry: Various shock absorbers, vibration dampers, sealing gaskets, O-rings, etc., for various domestic and foreign vehicles.
Household Appliances Industry: Various bases, holders, vibration dampers, packings, and sealing gaskets for various products such as vacuum cleaners, juicers, grinders/blenders, oven toasters, meat grinders, fans, electric samovars.
Water and Sewage and Irrigation Industry: Various packings, gaskets, and O-rings for water and sewage networks up to 1000 mm in diameter. O-rings and packings for automatic valves in drip irrigation networks.
Agricultural Machinery: Various shock absorbers, vibration dampers, dust boots, sealing gaskets, O-rings, and packings for various tractors.
Oil and Petrochemical Industry: Various O-rings made of Viton material.
